Product Description
This iced chain is made from jeweler’s alloy core plated with premium 14k white gold plating. It is flooded with round CZ stones, each individually set by hand by a professional jeweler.

Note:
This item includes a rhodium finish to protect it from tarnishing and to enhance its brightness and overall appearance. However, moisture on skin may cause rhodium to oxidize, which may produce a slight green discoloration on the point of contact. We highly recommend keeping this item away from liquids and moisture to prevent this.
Jewelry Care:
Please avoid direct contact with water, perspiration, and chemicals such as perfume, detergent, and lotion. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of the plating on the metal. Also, exposing plated jewelry to liquids will cause the plating to lose its finish. Please take care to protect your bling as you would most jewelry.

Shipping Policies
All of our orders are shipped via USPS every business day at 5pm PST. Orders submitted after that will be shipped out the following business day. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
Orders with undeliverable shipping addresses that are returned back to us can be reshipped to a corrected address at the buyer’s expense.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is undeliverable as addressed, a refund will only be issued after the package arrives back to us.
Once the package arrives back to us, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
For international buyers, if the package is returned for non-payment of customs/import fees, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
Packages returned back to us for Undeliverable as addressed that are 60 days after the purchase date may not be eligible for full refund.

Returns
Returns/Exchanges Policy
At Niv’s Bling, our top priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the item within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund under these conditions:
A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items unless the return is due to our error.
Items not returned in all original packaging will have an extra 10% fee on top of the 15% restocking fee.
You must pay the return shipping expense unless the return is due to our error.
Returns after 14 days of purchase are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of receiving the item. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition with all packaging materials.
Items returned not in original packaging or condition will be send back to the buyer (unless you are returning a defective item in which you received defective).
We cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items. Our policies are firm, but we will do everything we can to work with you to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience at Niv’s Bling.

Refund Notes
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a business week, but may depend on your card issuer’s policies.
