This is a pair of book matched, metal stamps for making Batik cloth, from Java Indonesia. Roughly 8 inches square, each. Exceptional condition, purchased when I lived in Singapore and brought back to the US in 1972. I have no idea of the actual age of these, they appeared to be old when I first acquired them in the late 1960s. Would make an interesting wall hanging.
