This tool is stamped out of a steel sheet and might have sharp edges. Wrap the middle of the tool with tape to avoid cutting your hands.
Apparently, this tool has been used for centuries by Chinese pottery makers. It is good for dragon scales, but too big for mermaid tails.
It has working heads on both ends – 2 different sizes.
It makes scales 7/16″ x 7/16″ and 1/2″ x 1/2″.
