This model comes with 4 way stretch nylon on both sides with the black cellular medium density neoprene sandwiched in between.  Royal Blue 4 way stretch nylon on one side and Black  4 way stretch nylon on the other side.  This nylon exterior helps protect the cellular neoprene from wear and tear while allowing the cellular neoprene to stretch, flex, and bend nearly unlimited.

For example at piece of this high quality neoprene that is 54″ wide (the constant)  X 24″ long X 3mm thick would only cost $24 PLUS SHIPPING but a smaller piece only 6″ long X 54″ wide would only cost $8 PLUS SHIPPING AND weigh less than 1 pound!!
